Don't return the car. It's called a voluntary repossession and will seriously ding your credit score.

Besides, the bank will sell your car at wholesale auction for next to nothing, and you will be sued for the balance of you loan. So there you are with no car, a lawsuit to fight, and a big bill for possibly thousands of dollars -- and a poor credit score that makes it difficult to get another loan for years to come.

This is a no-brainer. Sell your car. However, you should do your homework first. You may be upside down on your loan, meaning that after you sell your car, you may still have to come up with out-of-pocket cash to pay off the loan.

sell it and pay off the loan. if you return it it will kill your credit. Not to mention you signed a contract and you should honor it!!

DUH it is called a repossession not returning the car. The dealer doesn't want it back 'cause you don't like it.

Sell it and pay off the loan this will keep you out of court and a lot of hassles.

SELL IT AND PAY IT OFF. IF YOU RETURN IT AND THEY SELL IT FOR LESS THAN WHAT IS OWED, YOUR ON THE HOOK FOR THE DIFFERENCE. GOOD LUCK.
