Capital One Auto-Loan?

Lets say I get A CapitalOne Auto-Loan, The amount I put on the loan App was $21,000

What if I only used $17,500 of that $21,000 when I signed the check to the dealership, do I owe CapitalOne anything more than $17,500?

Thanks in Advance

Capital One Auto-Loan?

Doesn't matter what you put on the application.

What matters is the dollar amount on the PROMISSORY NOTE that you sign with Capital One Auto should they approve your application.

I would be very surprised if Capital One doesn't require you to sign a %26quot;loan agreement%26quot;.

If you are ever confused, look for the small fine print (that you need glasses to read).

The devil is in the details and God is in between the lines. . .

Capital One are not new jacks. I remember them back in 1995. I deplored their customer service.
