Capital One approved me 7.9 APR on a new $17000 car. Well, is there another financing company that can beat what they gave me? If so then I will apply for thier loan. I have very good credit and a decent job plus I live with parents, so I have no bills except cell phone bill.

You might be able to beat that rate. I know a young lady in California that landed a 5.2% interest rate on a $10,000 car. It all depends on your credit score. You can get that score for free.
Also make damn sure you know the value of this car. Is it really worth $17,000? You can find that out for free also at the Kelly blue book site.
The more you know the less you will get hosed...

that is a pretty good rate considering interest rates are going up. Make sure its a locked rate so it does not go up. Also check with the car company if you are getting it from a dealer. Also banks are good to go to... shop around.

depends if it is new or used vehicle and what your credit is like??? if it is new keep shopping used that is pretty good check your local bank they can give you the daily Percentage rates for your area.
